Welcoming Congregations is excited to host Abby Mueller, Educational Coordinator from MTUG (Metro Trans Umbrella Group), who will provide a session about gender concepts/diversity, terminology, misconceptions, pronouns, legislation, advocacy and more. This is an opportunity to ask questions and learn together. Please join us!
To support the important mission of MTUG, church members are asked to bring contributions of food items or toiletries that will be donated to MTUG's community center. Items that are particularly appreciated include canned fruit, meats and soup; shelf-stable milk, including plant-based milk; snacks; microwavable meals, makeup and BIPOC hair products. A box for donations will be in the front entranceway on Sunday, April 14th as well as Sunday, April 21st.
