Engaging with the wider community by participating in service projects is very important to many of the members and friends of First Church. To facilitate these good works First Church has a Social Responsibility Committee that represents the congregation in finding, implementing, and maintaining volunteer and fundraising opportunities that will have broad-based support within our congregation.

The need for serving and supporting each other within the congregation is facilitated by our Care and Concern committee. This important work is very rewarding and of great service to our own beloved community.
