Wedding Information 

Rental Fee Schedule - 

• Non-Members Sanctuary Rental fee is $875.00 and the Chapel is $575.00.
• For a wedding this includes:
• Parking lot security on the day of the ceremony.
• Church sexton present during the rehearsal & ceremony.
• Hour and half rehearsal time (usually a couple of days before the ceremony) Four hours the day of the ceremony $50 an hour will be charged if the time limits are exceeded 

Members - Please contact the office to discuss rental fees. 

A $125.00 deposit is required to secure a date along with a signed contract. In the event that extra cleaning is required after a ceremony, an additional $100.00 will be charged. 

Please Note - September through May - NO Weddings and Ceremonies can be scheduled before 1:00pm. 

Minister - Additional fees for the services of the minister are paid directly to them. 

Musicians - Our organist is given the right of first refusal for all groups desiring the use of the organ. An additional fee is paid directly to the organist. A bench fee may apply. Other instruments may be brought in or recorded music can be used.

Decorations - The Wedding Party is responsible for flowers and other decorations. Space may be decorated on the day of the ceremony (sometimes at the rehearsal). 

Flower petals (real or artificial) may not be scattered down the aisle of the church. Glitter may not be used anywhere on the premises or be worn on any clothing. Rice, birdseed or any form of confetting may not be scattered on the church grounds. 

Clean Up All equipment - floral arrangements and other decorations must be removed at the end of the contracted time. 

Firearms, Alcohol, Smoking, Food and Firearms are not permitted in the facility. 

No beer, wine or hard liquor is to be brought onto the premises for the ceremony. If arrangements have been made to rent space for a reception, please note that hard liquor may not be served. 

The church building is smoke free. Food and drink are not allowed in the Sanctuary.

 Accessibility Handicap parking spaces are available in the parking lot on the west side of the building. Some guests may find it easier to be dropped off in front of the building. There is an elevator to the Sanctuary. Restroom in the Dodson Room (off of the Sanctuary) is accessible.
