Join us for our once a month gathering.  June features a vesper service to welcome the beginning of summer and  Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation with Mark Biehl: Celebrate the change in seasons and the coming of Summer with a deeply relaxing and enlightening experience. This live performance can be very helpful in reducing stress and anxiety, while increasing the body’s energy and sense of well-being.  This is a very special opportunity to engage with this spiritual practice.
