Trail of Tears Remembrance Walk (Steelville, MO) [1]
Join with Rev. Kim and others to Remember the Forced Removal of Native People from Their Homelands by Walking or Biking on the Original Trail of Tears in Steelville, MO on Saturday, Dec. 6th, 2025
All proceeds benefit the establishment of a Trail of Tears Monument in Steelville. This is a full day event with vehicle support for bikers or walkers that need help completing the mileage.
After the event participants are invited to stay for a potluck soup and frybread.
Bikers: the ride is on a gravel trail. Arrive in Steelville by 9 am
Walkers: the walk is paved. Arrive in Steelville by 11 am

Registration is $35.00 participants prior to Nov. 15, 2023. After November 15, the price is $40.
