Social Justice Potluck and Joyful Resistance and Non-Compliance Workshop

Social Justice Potluck and Joyful Resistance and Non-Compliance Workshop
September 19th and 20th, 2026
with Heather Vickery of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee

Social Justice Potluck

Please join us in Fellowship Hall for a social justice potluck at 5PM on Saturday, September 19th. We will hear from representatives from UUSC about their work as well as our very own social justice team. We will also discuss how we can better work together and with others in St. Louis to advance justice and put love at the center. All social justice enthusiasts are welcome!

Sunday Congregation Workshop

Sunday, September 20th 12pm in Hope Chapel

Joyful Resistance and Non-Compliance

Are you seeing people being targeted in your community by harmful policies and agents and longing to do something but not sure what?  Do you need help figuring out what risk level you can take? Are you feeling down about all the things you can’t say yes to? Let’s come together and talk about all the ways we can make good trouble and joyfully resist together!

A simple lunch will be served following the worship service and prior to the workshop in Fellowship Hall.
