Community Hub
First Unitarian Church is committed to supporting the wider community in a variety of ways. One of those ways is providing our building to small non-profits and religious organizations looking for a home. Our reasonable rental rates make it possible for these groups to meet and further their good works and spiritual practices. These groups include:

Welcome Neighbor, whose mission is to partner with refugee and immigrant families, connecting them with the people and opportunities that will empower them to build and live their best life in their new country.

The Pragmatic Buddhists meet weekly in our Hope Chapel for meditation.

The Therese of Divine Peace Community meets weekly on Saturday evenings for Mass. Their mission is to provide sacramental services and education in a climate of openness and inclusiveness where all are welcome and empowered, and to engage in charitable undertakings for the common good.

The St. Louis Homeschool Network meets twice a month for classes and community with their families.

Continuing First Church's long relationship with the Central Reform Congregation, their Saturday morning Shabbat School meets in our building.
Other groups include AA Text Book, Moppet Swap, Challenges Unlimited, and Soul Dances. We also do stand alone rentals for groups. If you are interested in learning about rental opprtunities at First Unitarian, please contact our Church Administrator, lhunt [at] firstuustlouis.org ( Lynn Hunt.)
